On Friday afternoon we learnt about primary and secondary colours. We also learnt about shades and tints. We got to practice adding white to tint a primary or secondary colour, to make our amazing Pokemon artworks.

ReplyDeleteGreat Jacob, if you mix white into a colour it becomes a tint of the original colour and the more white that you add the lighter it becomes.

When we learnt all about monochrome art and made it, i loved it so much that I am going to go make more art with white and another colour!
ReplyDeleteI loved doing the artwork. I learned that a tint is where you add white and a shade is where you add black. I also learned that you can make a picture or a painting look really cool with only one colour.
