As part of our Inquiry about Celebrations, we have begun learning all about the history of the Olympic Games. We have completed lots of research using books, video clips and websites.
What information would you put on our research sheet?

I would add some information about Mount Olympus. The Greek people believed that Mount Olympus had Gods on it and when a Catholic man came along he stopped the Olympics because he didn't believe in the Gods that were on top of the mountain.
ReplyDeleteI also know that the Olympic rings represent the five different continents that people live on and the colours represent all of the colors that are on every countries flag plus the white background.
