Beyond the Bin - Geography Inquiry

This week we started our Geography Inquiry, Beyond the Bin. We are investigating how people can use places and environments more sustainably. We watched the original Lorax animation and have begun summarising the story using text and images. We look forward to sharing some of our amazing work with you next week .

How does The Lorax link to our Beyond the Bin inquiry?
What is Dr.Seuss' message in the story?

  1. I think the message in the story is to take care of the environment. Our inquiry beyond the bin links to the Lorax because it also is about taking care of the environment.

  3. I think that the message is that you should not pollute our world because if you pollute the world bad things will happen. It is linked to our inquiry because I think that our inquiry is about what will happen if we pollute our environment. J.T.

  7. The lorax links to beyond the bin inquiry because the green people kept throwing stuff into the water and polluting the water and beyond the bin is about saving our environment.
