Eat 2 parts fruit & 3 parts veggies. Brush your teeth when they don't feel clean & after breaky & after diner & don't eat after you bush your teeth because you'll have to brush them again.
Stop eating candy and if you have a lot of candy brush your teeth more then twice.And eat fruit and veges.
