Readers' Workshop




Marissa ate lots of candy, and that caused the problem with her tooth. How can you protect your teeth if you eat candy? What are some foods that will help keep your teeth healthy?

    Eat 2 parts fruit & 3 parts veggies. Brush your teeth when they don't feel clean & after breaky & after diner & don't eat after you bush your teeth because you'll have to brush them again.
